I Was Enchanted to Meet You

When I think of the word enchanted, I think of many emotions that I can associate with that word.
Enchanting: capturing interest as if by a spell, bewitching, captivating, enthralling, entrancing, fascinating, endearing, lovely, delightful, alluring, winsome.

I think ENCHANTED is the best word to describe January 6, 2012 when I welcomed my truest of all true loves to this world.

I still feel enchanted by you every day.

I felt inspired to start this blog so that I could document my journey through motherhood; the tears, the frustrations, the challenges, the looks of awe and wonder from my baby girl, the simple joys, the tiny pleasures, the feeling of soft baby hands against my chest, the overwhelming feelings of anxiety and love, the surety of love and safety from a wonderful husband, the companionship of good friends, my fears, my dreams, my grievances, my goals, my fantasies…all the emotions and memories that take us, women, on this beautiful journey: motherhood.
